Co-Founder & CEO
Cheyenne is passionate and a highly accomplished owner in the developmental disabilities and home health care field. With over 16 years of hands-on experience, she has built and scaled a successful, multi-location group home and home health aide agency—earning a reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centered care with professionalism and heart.

Cheyenne brings exceptional management skills to every aspect of her operations. From leading dynamic care teams and creating efficient systems to handling crisis response and overseeing complex compliance requirements, she runs her business with precision and purpose. Her ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day operational excellence has made her stand out as both a strong leader and a trusted service provider.
