Senior Direct Support Staff

• All duties of a DSP, plus:

• Act as a mentor to new employees

• Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention

• Oversee shift operations and ensure proper documentation

• Communicate with families, guardians, and case managers as needed

1-2 years in direct care, completion of advanced training
